Can this be done in Dorico different time signatures that play at the same time?

Hello! Can someone help me? I worked with Finale for 25 years and now I’m working in Dorico. In Finale I have 2 staves with different time signatures that play at the same time. Can this be done in Dorico?

Hello Dimitris and welcome to the forum.
Yes, use a tuplet [18:9] for the complete lower bar*.
You can then hide the tuplet number and bracket.
*) procedure: press I for Insert Mode, select all notes in the lower system, invoke the tuplet popover, type 18:9 and confirm with Enter. Make sure to leave Insert Mode afterwards.
Then you will have to take care of the Local Time Signature in the lower staff: Select the first note and invoke the Meter popover. Create a Local Time Signature with 9/4,4.5 [Enter].
This will create a 9/4 Time Signature with only half of it as an upbeat. The second bar line will line up. Then create a new Local Time Signature at bar two of the lower system (for example 9/8) and Hide it.
