When one switches to the ‘Generic Editor’ for any VSTi or VST FX plug in, you’re supposed to be able to type in the value of a parameter. This has been globally broken for many years… though the UI widget works in all other contexts. Especially bad with negative numbers… just switches to infinity. And worse, there is no undo if you forget that it’s broken.
Can we PLEASE, pretty please, once and for all, address this?
