Can we still submit a "ticket" for support?

Just curious if I’m missing something - In the past I’ve always submitted a ticket for tech support through the My steinberg page. That seems to have gone away recently, or else they’ve moved it. Does anyone here know how to submit a support ticket?

The my steinberg page directed me back to the Contact page, so I tried just submitting an email to Yamaha - that was three weeks ago. So maybe that’s not the solution.

I did a search for this in the forum, didn’t see anything.
