I am not sure if anyone of you know but you can’t buy steinberg products from Canary Islands. The shop doesn’t support it. Over 2 million people and part of Europe but no, no can do. It is the 21st century and they can’t figure out how to do it. Just a little addition to their programming…
I can only imagine a US provider not selling in Hawaii -with less population. there is no shipment involved so i can’t see the problem. i know that ask.net -or someone like that- does the web shop and they say they can’t deal with the different tax system, well, then maybe you should change your provider because not all vat is the same in europe and if they can’t figure out how to do it, well, they are not very good at their job.
no issue with other daw brands… wink wink.
