Cannot access eLicenser Servers

Hi,

I cannot apply the upgrade from Halion 5 to Halion 6, due to eLicenser complaining that it cannot connect to the server.

Is the service down? Can you please fix this?

I’m having the same problem, trying to upgrade Cubase 8.5 to 9.

I think their servers are indeed down.

There are lots of posts confirming that there is a problem with the licence servers.

I was able to upgrade.

And a new problem arose: Cubase 9 crashes on startup. Fortunately Cubase 8.5 still works.
