I downloaded the trial of Elements 9 a month ago. I used it a few times and then it expired. I just purchased Elements 9.5 (as an upgrade from Cubase LE) When I tried to licence it, it shows the expired SL for the trial and won’t let me proceed. This is on a Mac. Where is that file located so I can delete it or how can I force the creation of a new SL? Thanks very much for your help.
Is the LE license that you’re upgrading from on the eLicenser? It needs to be.
