Cannot activate Basic FX Suit

Hello,

At least one of the eLicensers used during this process was disabled and cannot be used for any license transactions.

When I try to activate my Basic FX Suite that came with my UR C interface, I get the error below:

After I pressed OK, I got this error:

Application ‘LCC2:exclusive’ has caused the following error:

An unknown interapplication communication error occured. In case the problem persists, please close all applications and restart your computer.

Any ideas?

Yesterday I uninstalled Basic FX Suite because I just really don’t use it and it was the only remaining license that was stuck in my damned usb dongle that I so much wanted to get rid of.

I had the same error message as you when I opened the elicenser, plus an unexpected shutdown.
The 2nd try, I had no error message anymore… odd…

Did you took a look at your steinberg account, in “My products” and tried to reactivate ?

Do you often use those basic fx’s ?? If not, honestly, I would suggest you to simply uninstall it
