i just bought cub12 and i face a problem.
i installed cubase 12,i have my win10 updated
when i run cubase i got the screen where iam asked to sign in.(‘‘welcome.to activate cubase ,please sign in’’ message.)
No matter what i ve tried the ''sign in ‘’ buitton doesn’t seem to work.it does nothing.I ve already tried to do this procedure with a browser opened(where i ve already signed in-i tried with firefox,edge and chrome).No luck.i also deactivated my antivirus(eset).
Could you please suggest me what i have to do?this way i cannot use the cubase 12.Cubase 11 runs without problems but i guess that the new activation manager creates the problem.Something blocks it from signing in.
