CANNOT activate MySteinberg account!

I acquired an UR22mkII interface as of a few days ago, but when I try to create a MySteinberg account to download the Cubase AI 8 .dmg-file it keeps telling me that I need to activate my account thru an activation link sent to my e-mail address before I can proceed.

However these do repeatedly NOT arrive in my inbox.
HELP please!

Hey Jochen,

I am having the same problem. I have tried three emails now, and have not received an activation link for MySteinberg, which I would love so that I can download Wavelab and Cubebase LE.

I too cannot register a mysteinberg account, I type an email address and associated password and hit create account…nothing. Help
