Got an email from Steinberg that ‘Action needed: 14 day(s) left to complete your update to WaveLab Pro 11.1’
When I try to complete the update, the following error is shown.
I tried all things possible: reboots, restrats, Using Download Mangaer, Using Activation Manager, input code manually etc to no avail.
I even opened a ticket [YAMAHA]  but till now no reply.
Did anyone encounter such problem which can help?

Can you take a screenshot of your eLicenser Control Center without that window covering it up? Make sure to hide your eLicenser serial numbers.
Have you activated Steinberg Zero Downtime before?
Thanks a lot. Sorry for cross posting but the problem is with WaveLab, Groove Agent and Backbone.
I never activated Steinberg Zero Downtime.
Please click the Maintenance button to the top right. Does that change anything? Are you able to apply the license upgrade after performing Maintenance?

Looks like you’ll have to wait for Support to respond, sorry.
USB-eLicensers are disabled if they’re reported as lost/stolen via Steinberg Zero Downtime, or if one of the licenses was acquired through fraudulent means. If you purchased a license from someone who’s not an authorized dealer, that could have been it.
I would recommend ordering a new dongle in the meantime. I’m not sure if Support can reactivate a disabled dongle.

All software bought from Steinberg and I have all receipts. Dongle worked fine for Nuendo’s upgrade. Will await support.
