Hello,
I use Cubase 5.5 for many years now without issue with windows 7. Now I have a new computer (PC) with Windows 10 and when I create a new project and i try to create an empty audio file or if i import a wav or mp3 file, I get the message: “Cannot create record file”
I tried to find the problem on google and all I see is that it could be a problem with the permission and where the folder of the project is created. So I tried to save a project with all the permissions on every disk I have and it still doesn’t work 
So I really need help please!
