I received a Cubase LE access code with the purchase of an M-audio M-track 2x2 but can’t proceed because when I create a new account, I do not receive any activation mail. Been waiting for an hour now and I’ve even tried to resend the activation code.
What can be done?
PS: I did see a similar post from 2015 but there wasn’t really a straightforward solution to it. This is just to find out how I can contact the people at steinberg because even for raising a ticket one needs an account which I can’t create. This is frustrating!
