Cannot get Dx7 sysex files to become Halion presets that produce sound

In FM Lab, I can import dx7 sysex files and 32 slots get populated with what appear to be dx7 presets (e.g., PERCORGAN2). When I click on one of these programs, it shows up above the ocillascope. I then save it as a halion preset, verified by WIN file explorer. When I then go to the import the file into a Halion instrument slot, I use the file search (not media bay) but that search cannot find the preset I just saved? What should I do?

In the video it’s done with the Artist Library in HALion Sonic, but the principle is the same in FM Lab (no matter if HALion or HALion Sonic)
