I know this is probably not the place for this post but I recently re formated my computer and now I can’t get into my account. It says that my user name is incorrect and my email too so I can’t even reset my password. I have thousands of dollars worth of steinberg programs and they are useless if I cant get into my account.
Any help will be very appreciated.

I’m pretty sure, there is no relation between the reinstLling of your system.
Contact your local dealer, he should be able to find your MySteinberg account. Or send me the Private Message with your email address, you used for the MySteinberg account; I could have a look.
This is really really bad, apparently Steinberg changed the format of MySteinberg and I just simply got “kicked out”
I can’t use any of my Steinberg software
