Do you have the Monitor button (the one with the speaker symbol) enabled on the guitar track?

Hi,

Isn’t the plug-in Bypassed or Deactivated?

Could you attach a screenshot, please?

Hi,

This Monitor button (if enabled) passes the signal from the Input to the Output. But the signal still goes through the Insert effects.

Yes, right. I thought the effects are missing while just playing the guitar and listening to it instead of playing back a recording. Maybe I didn’t understand the question correctly.

Yea the monitor is on I can hear the guitar but not through the plugin

Hi,

Could you provide more details, please?

What kind of plug-in(s) do you use?

And you’re sure you’re not direct monitoring in your interface?

Otherwise as Martin says, show us a screencap that shows the plugin on the track and the input chosen on the inspector

Hi yes I do have it enabled

Hi,

Unfortunately, the resolution is very low. It would be nice to get a real screenshot.

From this picture, I don’t see anything wrong (but it’s more guessing).

Your first screenshot is too low res to see what input is selected for the track or whether it’s mono or stereo or which plugs are loaded…or anything really

Try this: Use Snipping Tool to capture screenshots - Microsoft Support

As Grim already mentioned, do you have direct monitoring of the UR22C enabled in the Cubase Studio setup? Below “Audio System” in the section of your ASIO driver there should be a checkbox where you can turn it off.

You should probably make the track a mono track, you’re selecting a mono input bus so that will ensure the plug get’s the correct input.

Thanks bro that was it :+1:
