Cannot import MOV file into WL 11.0.20

Hi,
I just wanted to take audio from a MOV file (singing lesson) and burn to CD but I cannot import (or drag) a MOV file onto a video track in the montage. I can see the file attributes for the MOV file as:
432 MB
29.97 Frames per sec
frame width 1920
frame height 1080
I thought I read that WL 11 supports MOV files but I’m probably missing something obvious! Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
