Cannot install Cubase 7 LE

Hi all,

I’m trying to install Cubase 7 LE and I’m stuck. When entering the Download access code on Steinberg’s website, i get a error that says “kein AC”. I read that DAC only works one, so I thought that maybe someone has used my code and that’s the error?

I don’t know what to do, any help is greatly appreciated,

If the DAC would be used already, you would get different message, which says, the DAC has been used already.

Are you sure, you are typing the code correctly? Are you sure, you are entering the DAC, not another code?
