I am trying and failing to install drivers for my UR816C on a fresh and fully updated Windows 11 machine and would appreciate any advice.
When I run the “Install_TOOLS_for_UR-C.exe" application, I get to the “Select Components” screen, see that all items are unchecked, and have no ability to click on the boxes to select them. If I proceed with the installation, nothing gets installed.
I downloaded the software package from the Yamaha website here:

I have extracted the compressed file and ran as administrator with the same results.
I have tried with hardware unconnected and connected with the same results.
