In your applications folder is a subfolder Utilities and in there is the application Terminal. Double click that and a small window with a prompt opens. Just copy and paste that one command line and press enter to execute.
Then you can select and highlight with the mouse the output text, press Command-C to copy and Command-V to paste it into the webbrowser.
