I know that there has been a couple of requests about this problem already but it doesn’t answer my problen and I have looked in… C:\Users\Dave\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Content\VST Sound, but the only file there regarding this problem is a shortcut.
It is really annoying as it isn’t just the reverb that it is affecting it is
VST Bass Amp
VST Amp Rack
Reverence.
So can you tell me what has to be downloaded to rectify this problem please.

You’ll need to download the full installer for the version of Cubase you have. This will reinstall all impulse response files. It might be a good idea to delete those shortcuts before trying to reinstall.
