Hi.
I’m struggling with the problem that I cannot use other player for checking sample or video outside of cubase,
but it happens only for SOME Projects, that I’ve got from other artist or processed in other computer.
This is definitely not a multi-processing problem for my audio interface, as I can do it in other projects which was created by me.
I’m so tired for this issue because every time I have to make all new project if I cannot both play other sample and my current project.
Is there anyone who has problem like me? I’m begging you for help.
Attached is my studio setup. I’ve done all of solutions from the forum(unchecking the release driver box, unchecking the individual mode from audio setup)

Well you need to check it again…You certainly want to release the driver so the other software can use it.
Are your new projects and the ones you get sent at the same sample rate? Is Windows set to same rate?
