Cannot Register Cubasis 2

Trying to register Cubasis 2 by downloading Roomworks SE, but the link goes to a blank screen. iOS 12.5.7

Please share a short video with us, which shows the steps leading to the problem.

The forum blocked me from uploading the video I shot on my iPad because it’s the wrong file type.

It still goes to blank screen. I have been refunded by Apple

Yeah, obviously it’s MY responsibility to sort out your non-functioning software. I’ll have my developers look into it

I gave the issue another testing, where everything work as expected again - see clip below.

So it looks like something seems to be wrong at your end. Here, it might make sense to try different things (fully shutdown the iPad, relaunch the internet connection etc.).

However from what I read, you’ve been refunded by Apple already, which means you should no longer be equipped with Cubasis 2.
