Cannot remove a Chord Region

In a current Jazz Ensemble score I have chords showing up in the top Alto 1 part. I cannot delete or find the chord region on that part. When I go to the Chord Layout Settings I have the “Show chords on specific staves” selected.

I want to remove the chords on that staff but cannot find a way to do this.

It may not be that you have a chord symbol region in that part, but rather that you’ve specified that chord symbols should show throughout via the context menu in Setup mode.
