HI - The Steinberg Verification area will not let me upload my Education or Crossgrade proofs. I have tried lots of different ways. It just keep s saying ‘There was an unknown error uploading the selected file’…What’s the problem?

Welcome to the forum, Ben. I’m sorry to hear you’re having this problem. Please make sure that you include both your proof of eligibility for the crossgrade and for the education price in a single PDF, with one proof on each page. The PDF should be smaller in size than 4MB. If your PDF is larger, you can reduce its size by compressing the images inside it: use your favourite search engine to find an online service to compress PDFs.
