I have downloaded a trial version of Cubase 9 Elements but it doesn’t activate and there is nowhere to contact the company for help.
I input the long code they emailed to me when I downloaded the programme but I just got an error message: ‘Deactivated Soft e-licenser’. The code is new (input it an hour after I received it) so it seems strange it wouldn’t work.
Just want to try before I buy…

Use the eLicenser Helper to generate a new Soft-eLicenser Number and try again, please.
