Can't add new VST instruments

Hi,

I have had no trouble adding instruments from various third party sources and things, but I seem to be capped at eight? The option to add a new VST instrument is greyed out, but the other new track options are still up. I have Cubase 10.5 LE I think, it came with a Rode mic. If this is a limitation of the version I have I haven’t been able to find an indication of that anywhere so any advice is welcome.

Please, see the Cubase editions comparison chart. The limit is written there. And yes, for Cubase LE, it’s 8 Instrument Tracks.
