I have the full Halion 7.5 installed and working fine.
I downloaded and installed via Steinberg Download Manger the 2 free instruments:
- Colors free
- Alto Glockenspiel
They show up in Steinberg Library Manager and are in the correct path.
They show up in mediabay in Halion just fine too, but:
- the program isn’t usable: it has a red key on the left with a popup saying “License Missing”
- when I duoble-click on it to just open it’s editor, Halion opens the Steimberg Activation Manager, but none of the 3 instruments shows up, so I can’t authorize it
So they are installed but non authorized, and since they are a free and direct download (not using the order-cart-checkout funnel) I don’t have any download o ra activation code.
Googling around and reading the forum looks like this 3 instruments should run without any auth, just download and install, but ehi, Halion (both as vst that standalon) wants me to autorize them.
How can I resolve?
