3rd attempt today and i couldn’t replicate it (so far).
I really dont have confidence in CB so not sure how far ill get with this project before going back to Logic again.
Really thought I was getting somewhere, CB was running for a good 15mins or so until it wasn’t.
As usual I had the track preset window open and had selected a preset, then I clicked outside of this window and boom, CB was gone again.
I had managed to do a few other racks before this happened though.

100% repeatable. If I have the track preset window open and click in to the main project window CB disappears.

im sure you won’t find anything. As you said before, it can’t be replicated at Steinberg’s end, and of course if it could then it would have been flagged up long ago.
When I say 100% repeatable I mean I can get it to happen, but it doesn’t happen all the time. Sometimes take a few goes.
Ok, a bit more info.
It seems that if I have the preset selection window open , click on a preset and let it load, while the track is playing or stationary, 9 times out of ten it crashes.
It also seems to happen more if I use the drop down ‘Load preset’ option rather than clicking in the window where it says ‘track presets’ to call up the preset manager.
I am sending all crash reports to Steinberg (20 at this point), no point filling this thread up with them.

I have tested this on my side with the very same track preset. Unfortunately it doesnæt crash on my side. But I will investigate more tomorrow.
I was going to suggest it might be that one preset but i tested it with others and got the same result.
I don’t normally use presets, so while this is not a big deal for me, i have had the same thing happen when i have used Inserts and the new pop out windows for EQ etc.
Ive uploaded the project here. Ive taken all but one wav file out but it’s about 2 hours long.

Last post today. I opened the Dom Sigalas demo project and that too had the issue, so im guessing its my install and not the project i uploaded.
Please try in the system preferences, Privacy and Security - Full Disk Access. Add CUBASE to it and turn it on at the right switch.
I hope this can work.
Cubase already has full disk access.
I tried CB 12 pro last night and this has no issues like 13 does . Maybe i need to stick with that.

Four of the *ips files end up with “Mouse-pressed” event. What kind of mouse do you use, please?
I’m using a logictexh MX3 mouse.
All of the crashes are caused when i use the mouse to click outside of the box.
I can try with the touch pad on my MBP tonight if that helps.
