Can't change latency/buffer size

I’m having dropouts when playing some vst-instruments - I can’t change anything regarding latency in the Studio Setup (boxes seems fixed and can’t change values).

I can’t open control panel for my soundcard (Maudio Audiophile 2492. Clicking the button Control panel does nothing.

I’m using the Maudio ASIO driver.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

This is very old Audio Device, isn’t it?

If I remember right, this driver was quite poor. It was necessary to quit Cubase, change the Buffer Size on the driver and start Cubase again.

Yes but it stills works fine as an audio device. I found a saved installation file, ran it and the control panel was back on my pc. Happy days :slight_smile:
