Can't click on some stuff at all (for example sends)

Cubase 9.0.30.
Suddenly I can’t select (left mouse-click) several things, for example the small sends areas, knobs in the built in strip or sliders in built in EQ. Wtf?
Have tried another mouse, same problem. Everything works fine in every other program. Anyone?

Try Cubase Safe Start Mode or trash your Cubase preferences, please.
