Can't Convert Cubasis 3.8 project to Cubase LE AI Elements 11

Hi,

I’m trying to convert a Cubasis 3.8 project to Cubase LE AI Elements 11. I follow the Cubasis share steps and upload the zip file to Box, and download to my MacBook Pro M2 (Ventura). Open Cubase 11, go to File > Import > Cubasis Project, navigate to the unzipped folder, select the cbp file, another window opens showing the folder and I select “open” and nothing happens. I tested opening a cbp file which was saved as an earlier version of Cubasis and it opened just fine. I have the latest version of Cubasis Project Importer 3.6. Cubase 11 is not compatible with DAWproject.

Sorry for my late reply.

With the release of Cubasis 3.7.5 in April 2025, we introduced DAWproject support, which allows transferring projects between Cubase and Cubasis and replaces the Cubasis Project Importer. The Importer is no longer maintained or supported.

After checking your file, we can confirm that the Importer unfortunately no longer works.
