Can't download Cubase 7.5 full ISO

Hi

When I try to download the Cubase 7.5 ISO from this page: Cubase 7.5 Updates and Downloads | Steinberg

It stops downloading a 2.6 GB, when I try to install it gives me errors that there are files missing. I noticed that the full download size is supposed to be 6.6 GB, but it always stops for me at 2.6 GB.

I have tried downloading in IE, FIrefox, as well as Chrome. It is always the same, it stops at 2.6 GB. Is there an alternative download location?

Are you using a download manager?

Nope. Tried with IE, Chrome, and Firefox. Brand new install of Windows 8.1

yes, the size of the Cubase_7.5_Installer is 6632 MB.
Just to make sure that your download folder can handle that size try to place a file with a similar size into that folder.

I went to that page listed in the OP, saw there is an iso download for 7.5.30, but didn’t see one for 7.5.40. Is there one somewhere else, or is it only on-line updating available for 7.5.40?

I had the same problem. It was caused by my antivirus (in my case, Bitdefender). Maybe a bug that means it can’t handle HTTP downloads larger than 2.5GB ?

Try temporarily disabling your antivirus and downloading the file again.
