I recently purchased a guitar/bass, Moog Sub Phatty 25, and a Korg Minilogue XD. I’m dying to try them out but I just can’t figure out how to get them to work in Cubase. My interface is a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4. I’ve downloaded the Scarlett drivers and set it as my default sound device. I tried following some guides on adding external instruments with the MIDI device manager but nothing seems to work.
I’ve been able to get an input signal on key press, so I think Cubase is receiving the MIDI signal. I was using a quarter inch cable from the audio out port on the synth, into the front port of the Scarlett. I’m just not getting any sound. I apologize for my complete lack of knowledge here this is all new to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
