cant get cc121 controller to work with C5

Hi everyone,

I just picked up a CC121 controller to use with Cubase 5. I followed the instructions in the manual step by step and after installing the ext tools and midi drivers I turned on the cc121 and the blue light flashes but never gets to a “full on” state. I then tried to launch Cubase 5 to see if that would engage the light and enable the CC121 but no luck.

any tricks to getting this thing to be recognized by C5 and working?

Did you add it in the Remote Devices? Did you set correct I/O Ports?
