Can't get Halion7 to read MIDI input

I’ve got Halion7 all set up according to all the documentation from Steinberg.
I’ve flipped every button on the GUI but nothing gets the MIDI signal thru.
Anyone know a fix or the correct way to go about getting this resolved?

Have you enabled the Halion 7 tracks monitor button ?

Most likely it is a minor configuration issue. Can you post a screenshot like below of the problem Track. I’ve marked areas to make sure are included.
