Can't get rid of reverb on headphone

I have a Steinberg UR22C running Cubase AI 13. I had it working fine, and then when I launched it just a couple of days ago there is now a reverb patch stuck on the output to my headphones. When I hover over the green headphones icon it says “Apply Headphones 1 Patch.”

I didn’t add this headphone patch and I can’t find anywhere to get rid of it. I’ve search the forums and Googled it until I’m pulling my hair out. I can’t find a thing about this. I even went in and hid the Rev-X reverb plug-ins, but it still shows up every time I launch Cubase.

It’s even affecting when Cubase isn’t on. Playing through my UR22C gives this nasty .reverb when I’m playing through it, even without Cubase running. If I play a YouTube video through the 22C, it sounds fine. It’s just when it’s an instrument inputting and then outputting through the 22C.

Here is a screenshot of the reverb patch.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am at my wits end.

Thanks.

Kindly check page 9 of your UR22C manual for how to turn on/off the reverb on a channel.
Check pp. 13, 14 to see how to switch of the Reverb on the controls in Cubase.

Thank you, so much! I was so focused on Cubase that I never thought to look at the UR22C’s settings.
