Can't insert Izotope to master!

So I got Izotope 5.2 and installed it.
Set the .dll’s in the cubase vst folder.
I click update and they won’t show!
I double checked in the master channel and clicked the little “e”
Tried to insert in track 7&8 didn’t see it there either ):

let me know if you have any suggestions!

I believe LE Cubase are 32 bit. Make sure that the Ozone plug in is 32 bit as well.
