I’m not sure whether this is the right place to post about this, but I cannot install “Guitar Rig 7 LE for Steinberg”, one of the bundled extras for upgrading to C13.
I’m wondering if anybody has had the same issue and found a fix.
I have entered my serial on native-instruments.com
But it does not appear in Native Access - it’s neither in “Installed products” nor “Not installed”.
Has anybody managed to install it? Maybe I need to uninstall GR6?
I had no problem (and no need to uninstall Guitar Rig 6 Pro). Here is a link to the process for adding the serial number to Native Access: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/213178109-How-to-Register-a-Hardware-Software-Bundle. If you haven’t done that yet, that may be why it isn’t showing up there.
NOTE: That is what I found from a quick search. It mentions hardware serial numbers, and I don’t recall the actual process on this. If it’s not that for the software, too, the only other thing I can think of is making sure you’re logged into Native Access with the same account as you used when claiming the serial number in your online account.
