i have windered files to free up space ; then i launch may steinberg assistant but …
I cant launch steinberg download assistant anymore : 2 error messages appear
-1-error invoking method
-2- failes to launch JVM
What can i do please ?

Each time I see an answer from you, Miss/Mr Orange, all the rights things have been done for a Steinberg bashing. Since nearly four years, I would have changed my DAW tool, at your place… 
Beside this, it’s probably too late to solve @dom53quelmer issue, but just in case…The Download assistant can be reinstalled from here, with help about it there.
