can't load 4.3 songs in to Nuendo 64 bit

I’m having a problem loading song files from Nuendo 4 in to Nuendo 5 64 bits. Certain channels get hung up and the loading gets stuck there.

I’ve Jbridged all of the plug-ins i want to use and have unchecked all of the 32 bit plug-ins that I would not be using in the plugin menu but still this behavior continues.

Must be a plugin that is causing troubles.
Save as a new version in 4.3 (or in 5 32bit) and leave your plugins out one by one.
That’s the way to find the problematic plugin.
