Can't load Halion Sonic SE2 and Groove Agent SE4

I updated Cubase Elements 8.0.35 on my Macbook Pro (OSX 10.11 El Capitan)

Last winter my Cubase Elements 7 was in trouble on OSX 10.11 El Capitan and I couldn’t play my files.
I updated to 8.0.35 on Dec. But still not working its Halion Sonic SE2 and Groobe Agent SE4 for my work.

I usually using its “Click Bass” on Halion Sonic SE2 and “Maple Kit CD” on Groove Agent SE4.

Halion Sonic SE2 can load only “First Contact” that first looking. There’s no any other sounds else that.
Groove Agent SE4 can load a few drum set but most usable preset wasn’t available. I couldn’t load “Maple Kit CD” and other presets.

How can I solve this problem? Please help me.
