So my main problem is I can’t buy the upgrade from SE to Elements; it keeps telling me ‘Payment failed, please try again’ even with multiple different cards. I’ve submitted a support ticket to Asknet and received a confirmation that they received it, but I’m unable to log in to the Asknet support website. to check on the status of the ticket. There’s no option to make a new account, trying to use ‘forgot password’ with the email I submitted the ticket with tells me ‘You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator’, and trying to log in with the account I have here doesn’t work either.
