can't log into mysteinberg account

hi

i am unable to access mysteinberg account. when i type in my user name and password it tells me they are invalid but when i go to the steinberg forum they are not invalid and i can log in ok. i can’t open a new mysteinberg account as the activation codes for the account i have but can’t access are registered to my elicenser and can’t be reused with another account.

any advice would be greatly appreciated

Could be he forum uses different username and password (different system).

You could click to the Forgot Password button.

I have the same problem. I have changed my password and it asks me to:
Enter verification code

Enter the 6-digit code you see in the Authenticator app.

Verification Code - I downloaded the Authenticator app and it gives me a one time 6 - digit code but always-
The entered verification code is invalid. I’ve been locked out for days
