When I double-click on a clip, the Lower Zone opens and the Inspector is blank. I think it’s the Audio Part Editor that’s opening. How do I get VariAudio to open? Probably an overlooked setting.

Upon further research; some (audio) clips open VariAudio and some don’t. What’s up with that?
