So I can’t open my cubase elements 8 after windows made an update. I know it’s just a matter of reactivating the license and all that. But I can’t seem to use my original activation code for me soft-elicenser. So I thought that I just have to request for a new activation code, but I can’t. When I go to My Steinberg to reactivate my product, it asks for my “NEW” soft-elicenser number, which I don’t have and don’t know how to get. the current soft-elicenser code is the only one I have. This is where I get stuck.
