In the Key Editor’s Playing Techniques lane, the pop-up box that appears when hovering the mouse over a playback technique region has a transparent background. This makes the text difficult to read when the pop-up box overlaps notes, controller data, or other content underneath. Could the pop-up box background be made opaque to improve readability?
On Windows it has a grey background and is perfectly legible. Is this a Mac problem?
Hi Janus, yes, this is on a Mac.
So I guess it’s a QT framework problem rather than a Dorico problem.
(but the team will confirm)
So if you have the latest macOS (26.5…), you might want to go into your system Settings, Appearance and then change Liquid Glass from Clear to Tinted to see if that makes a difference.
Tried it, but to no avail.
