Can't rename Dorico4 folder

Hello,

I wanted to upgrade to 4.1 and save a copy of version 4 if any lyrics make problems. I’m supposed to rename the Dorico4 folder (I’m on Windows) in the Program Data, but it always tells me that this folder is opened/used by another program and can’t be renamed. I restarted my computer and also tried to end all processes with “Steinberg” or “Activation” inside, but with no luck.

Any advice?

Why do you think you have to rename the Dorico4 folder under Program Data?
I would take a copy from the Dorico 4 folder under Program Files

Ah, taking a copy makes sense. I’ll try that. Here’s the Dorico advice at the moment. I’m on Windows 11.
