Can't rewire Reason 6.5.3 with Cubase 7.0.7

Just wanted to figure out how to wire Reason 6 with my Cubase. Now i have used both for few years now, but never together.

When i launch and select Cubase with ReWIire in Device mode everything OK. BUT when i launch Reason it hangs for 1 minute and then says “engine not responding”

What is wrong with it?? Both programs are in 64 bit mode. Both programs are updated to the latest patch. What gives??

See Reason’s Help (Operation Manual), how to switch it to the ReWire Slave Mode, please. It tries to start in the stand-alone Mode, I would say.
