Can't save presets in Groove Agent SE 5 In Cubase 10.5

Hi there,

I work on Mac Os Catalina in Cubase 10.5 and I can’t seem to be able to save presets or kits in Groove Agent SE 5.
I open a new project,
Create instrument track with Groove Agent SE5,
Drag and drop a few samples,
right click on the presets or kits
and hit save preset or kit.
Nothing happens…
I managed to export the kit, but whenever I hit import, Cubase crashes…

Please help!

Hi and welcome,

It works for me here on macOS 10.14 and Cubase 10.5.20. The new Save Groove Agent SE Preset window opens and I can save it. Could you double check this window isn’t hide somewhere, please?

I just hit update plugin information and cubase crashed. Does this every time apparently.
I also have Antares Autotune with red writing…
I own everything on my mac. No cracks…
Battery 4 crashes when I try entering the files in the computer through the interface.
It seemed to me like there are some permission issues so I gave Cubase complete acces (full disk access) wherever I could in the privacy settings of my mac.
Still no luck.
But i have found a workaround. I can export the kit with samples and bring back the kit with drag and drop (import or save preset still don’t work).
