Can't see my Cubase 10 Elements license under MySteinberg account

Hello everyone,

I have just reinstalled my Windows and decided to move my Cubase 10 Elements license. (it says here that the license has already been activated)
I have my activation key from the Order Confirmation in my inbox.
In MySteinberg page I don’t see Cubase 10 Elements.
Cubase 9.5 Elements works just fine.
When I try to activate Cubase 10 Elements through Register Software button, it says that the eLicenser has depricated.
I really don’t know what to do.

The biggest problem is that in my country I have no option to contact support.

Looks like you need to follow the instructions for “Reactivation” which is accomplished through your MySteinberg account.
